Digital Gauges SA Series Contact Type Displacement Sensors
These are high-accuracy contact-type displacement sensors that detect the absolute position of the spindle optically and output it with high resolution.In combination with the separately-sold SA Series controllers, these products serve as a length-measuring system.We have also provided new air purge specifications in which air is supplied to the body of the detector to increase its internal pressure, preventing intrusion of foreign matter from outside, which significantly improves its environmental resistance, and enabling use in harsh environments with exposure to highly-penetrating oils, coolants and cutting fluids.
Digital Dial Gauge Displacement Sensors (DIGIMETRON)
These measuring instruments function as a length measuring system that optically detects and digitally displays the travel of a linear-motion spindle or feeler.Unlike dial indicators, there is no mechanism to convert linear displacement into an amount of rotation, which means that highly accurate measurement values can be obtained through the entire measuring range.In addition, the indicating section and detecting section are separate from each other, so they can also be used while incorporated in a machine.
